The restaurant food was AMAZING!!! It really offered a fantastic dining experience. Customer service also were pretty good. Staff worked to ensure customer satisfaction which I REALLY appreciated. I also easily rented ski equipment on site. This made it VERY convenient to hit the slopes.

Check-in experienced a delay. Rooms were not ready until later. Vacuuming began early. I also noticed a LACK of cleanliness in the room. Under the bed, there were bottles and used napkins.
